A few things you should know

The room was spacious and very clean! The staff, especially upon check-in, was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Sadly, the breakfast wasn't complimentary, which was disappointing for a family of five. Also, parking was limited at times!

Our stay was enhanced by the accommodating staff who quickly addressed our needs. The clean extended king room offered comfort, while the relaxing fire pit was a lovely evening touch.

No full enclosure on the shower allowed cold air in, room rates fluctuated nightly which is frustrating!!! A full-service continental breakfast option would enhance the experience!!!

the refrigerator was weird , needing a button push every 2 hours. the staff was super friendly , especially at the bistro and the fire pit was great for family nights. our room was spacious and clean.

Our family had a fantastic stay with a spacious room and a lovely outdoor fire pit that made our evenings cozy. The indoor pool and sun loungers offered great spots to unwind after a busy day. I would have preferred a more consistent room service, but overall, it was a memorable experience! 😊

The Courtyard By Marriott Hot Springs features a beautifully inviting lobby with stylish decor, making it very comfortable for seniors. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.

A complimentary breakfast would greatly enhance the stay.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved the indoor pool, and the fitness center kept us energized. We explored nearby Central Bowling Lanes for some fun. The beds were comfy, and the place felt really fresh and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and activities around made our stay even better.

One downside was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. it would have been a nice touch to start our days.

fantastic central spot for enjoying hot springs' attractions

I had an enjoyable stay with large, easy-to-move-around room and super comfortable bed, and what really stood out was the hotel's amazing proximity to great dining options, like Bone's Chophouse just steps away and Starbucks around the corner, perfect for a coffee on my city strolls.

The room was super comfortable, clean, and modern. The beds felt great, and I loved the shower design! Staff was friendly, and it was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast though, but overall, a solid stay.

The location scores points for being conveniently near downtown but without the chaos. The indoor pool area is a solid spot for relaxation, and the lobby boasts modern decor that feels welcoming right from the start.

The lack of complimentary breakfast is a bummer, with limited options available for purchase, and no coffee outside of morning hours. The room felt cramped, with little working space. setting up my computer in front of the TV wasn't ideal. Also, running water through the coffee maker revealed it needed better cleaning, which is pretty off-putting.
